Downloading the Software
By downloading, you agree to the Dell Software License Agreement and the Dell Privacy Policy. The use of the program is also subject to the terms of your Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read the terms and click the “I Agree“ button if you agree to them.

Removing PC Diagnostics Software
To remove Dell PC Diagnostics from your
System, you may uninstall the program through Add/Remove Programs by following the
online uninstall guide.
Collecting and Use of DataDell offers a variety of Software applications designed to provide you with the most optimized user and support experience possible. You may have selected some of these applications as part of the purchase of your computer. When these applications are installed on your system, you can see them labeled as “Support Software”, “Dell” or under their titled name in Add or Remove Programs (“Start,” “Control Panel,” “Add or Remove Programs”).
Dell will access, collect and use certain information during your session for
limited purposes. Dell PC Diagnostics application can collect your computer’s unique service tag number and may collect information relating to your online interactions with us (including, for example, the pages you view and the links that you click on). We may use your browser and other search history details to make recommendations to you and send customized communications via various communication methods, including email. The Dell PC Diagnostics application can also collect your system configuration and software use data, on an ongoing basis, to provide you with customized support software updates and alerts, as well as information about products and offers from Dell and its partners. Aside from your unique service tag number, none of the system configuration or use data can be used to identify you.

System and Usage Data
Allowing Dell to collect software usage data, your system service tag, and system configuration information on an on-going basis for use and storage in servers that may be outside of your country can enable you to receive software updates and alerts that are specific to your system, as well as customized product information and offers available from Dell, its affiliates and its business associates (namely, providers of products and services) on Dell applications.
