This error may occur if the printer is overheating.
In order to attempt to resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure that the Printer is not being used in an unsuitable environment:
- Operation Temperature Range: 10°C - 32°C
- Print Quality Guarantee Temperature Range: 15 °C - 28 °C
- If the printer is within this environmental range, turn off the power on the printer.
- Remove the PHD Unit and ensure that all packaging has been removed.
- Leave the PHD Unit out of the printer for an extended period to ensure that it has cooled down.
- Re-insert the PHD Unit and power the printer on.
- If the error recurs after extended use, please try another PHD Unit (if available).
