Receive and Print Faxes Using BVRP

To receive and print faxes using the BVRP software program, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Start button.

  2. Click All Programs.

  3. Click Classic PhoneTools or FaxTools.
    The BVRP Fax Tools Interface window appears.
    You are now ready to receive a fax.

NOTE

NOTE:The computer must be turned on and Fax Tools must be launched in order to receive a fax. Be sure Receive mode is Fax is seen in the mode window. You will notice a green RDY button which indicates it is ready to receive an incoming fax.

  1. From the BVRP Fax Tools Interface window, click the Configure button to begin printing the fax.

  2. Click General Setup.
    The General Setup window appears.

  3. Click to put a check in the Print Received Faxes box.

  4. Click the OK button.
