  3. If the error has recurred, please remove and re-seat the PHD Unit, ensuring that all packaging has been removed and that the PHD Unit is installed correctly

  4. After re-seating the PHD Unit, power the printer back on and check for the error

  5. If the error has recurred, remove all Optional components installed in the Printer
  6. With the Optional components removed, Power the Printer back on and check if the error has recurred

  7. If the error has recurred, please contact Dell, via Twitter, to raise a technical support issue
