In the console tree, click Server Configuration.

Select the server that contains the certificate, and then select the certificate you want to view.

From the action pane, click Open.

You can view information about the certificate on the General, Details, and Certification Path pages of the Exchange Certificate dialog box.

Using PowerShell you would use the following command to view the porpeties of the Certificate

Get-ExchangeCertificate 0271A7F1CA9AD8A27152CCAE044F968F068B14B8 | fl
