You may notice that you are unable to log into a secure website. Secure websites begin with "https:" instead of "http:" and are commonly used when sensitive or private information are present. You will enter the login criteria, and when you hit submit, the browser will load your home page instead of logging into the site intended. This issue can be present in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
This issue can be caused by, but is not limited to, the Trusteer Endpoint Security demo software. Navigate to the Control Panel to access the Programs and Features category, and uninstall the freeware. If it is not present, uninstall any demo security software that you are unfamiliar with.
