Summary: Messages Stuck in Microsoft Windows Mail Outbox

Messages are stuck in the Microsoft Windows Vista® Windows Mail outbox. These messages cannot be sent or deleted. When Windows Mail closes, a message displays saying unsent messages are in the Outbox.

A software update is available from Microsoft to fix this problem.
