Dell has identified that inclusions may be used to encrypt specific executables in SDE policy may exacerbate this failure. If you run with a policy that includes .exe files in System32, you should force these files to decrypt.
A common encryption inclusion for these files would look like this:
To decrypt these files, add a minus (-), indicating an exclusion, to the beginning of that policy line.
Save, then commit this policy to apply to the targeted systems.
