The IIT error may occur if the scanner lock is in the locked position.

1. Locate the scanner lock in the upper left-hand corner of the scanning bed.
2. Move the scanner lock to the unlocked position.
   
   
3. If you have unlocked the scanner lock and the error remains please contact Dell Technical Support.
