Set the network scan manager properties to color scan on the 1600n.

To set the network scan manager properties to color scan, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Start button, point to Programs, point to Dell, point to Dell Printers, point to Dell Laser MFP 1600n, and click Network Scan.
    The Dell Network Scan Manager window appears.
  2. Click the Preferences... button.
  3. Under the Image Type section, click the first drop-down and click to select Color Scan.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Close.
