Dell SuperSpeed USB Dock D3000 works with DisplayLink technology that enables docking features over USB. The universal docking solution enables multiple monitors, audio, ethernet and other USB peripherals to be connected to PCs through USB.

NOTE: For optimal performance, Dell recommends updating the BIOS and Chipset driver on your PC before installing the DisplayLink driver for the docking station.
  1. Download and install the latest DisplayLink driver from Dell Drivers & Downloads page
  2. Follow the screen instructions until the installation is complete
  3. Restart the PC
  4. Connect all the external devices to the docking station
  5. Connect the docking station to your PC

Display resolution

Dell SuperSpeed USB Dock D3000 supports a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1152. The docking station supports upto two displays connected via DVI or HDMI and supports the following full HD resolutions:

  • 2048 x 1152
  • 1680 x 1050
  • 1600 x 1200
  • 1920 x 1080
