Workaround

Until a permanent resolution has been determined, do the following to return the system to a functional status.
  1. On an unaffected system, download the previous version of the BIOS from Dell.com/support
  2. Copy the file to a bootable USB key.
  3. Boot to the USB key, back flash the BIOS to the previous version.
  4. Attempt to boot to Windows (Issue should be resolved at this point)
  5. If using Dell Client System Update Utility, disable BIOS updates in the utility until a permanent fix is released.
