1. Windows XP

1. Click on the Start Menu, select Printers and Faxes.
   
   
2. Right Click on the printer icon, select Printing Preferences.
   
   
3. The Printing Preferences dialogue opens.

1. Click on the Start Button. In the search box type "printers".
   
   
2. Select View Devices and Printers.
   
   
3. Right Click on the printer icon, select Printing Preferences.
