1. Resolving Streak 5 Power Issues

Note:
The Streak device will not boot until the battery charge level reaches 10%. From 0% to 10%, you will be unable to turn on the display for more than a second and unable to get the device to boot. Make sure the battery has been charging for 20-30 minutes using the Dell A/C charger.
  1. Remove the back cover (Figures 1 & 2).

  3. Remove the battery.




  4. Wipe the connectors on both the battery and in the device itself with a cotton swab.




  5. Re-insert the Battery (Figure 3).

  7. Replace the back cover (Figures 4 & 5).

  9. Charge the battery for 20-30 minutes using the Dell A/C charger.




  10. When the Streak device still does not work correctly, Contact Technical Support
