927.xx Fan Stall Error on LCD Panel on Dell Laser Printer 5210n and 5310n.



To troubleshoot this error please try the following diagnostic steps:

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Disconnect the power and data cables from the printer (USB or Ethernet/network depending on Set-up).

3. Verify that the wall outlet is working and Confirm that there are no power strips, surge protectors, or uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) connected to the power cable.

4. Turn the printer on.

5. Print a Windows Test Page.

-> Click Start.

-> Click Control Panel.

-> Double-click Printers and Faxes.

-> Right-click the printer, then click Properties.

-> Click Print a Test Page.

-> After the Test Page has printed, click OK.


6. If the error recurs please contact Dell Technical Support for further advice.

7. If the error clears and the Settings page prints please re-connect the communication cable (USB or Ethernet/network depending on Set-up).

8. Try Printing a Windows Test Page

9. If error recurs please contact Dell Technical Support.

10. If the Windows Test Page prints with no errors then the Printer is working as designed.
