1. Do not use water, window or monitor cleaner (Cathode Ray Tube or LCD), to clean your Streak 5 device.

2. Use a dry, clean, lint free soft cloth (Terry Cloth or Microfiber Cloth is best), to wipe the screen and body of your Streak 5 device (when dried material is present, slightly dampen a small section of the cloth to remove the dried material).

Note:

The Streak device will not boot until the battery charge level reaches 10%. From 0% to 10%, you will be unable to turn on the display for more than a second and unable to get the device to boot. Make sure the battery has been charging for 20-30 minutes using the Dell A/C charger.

1. Remove the back cover (Figures 1 & 2).

2. Remove the battery.

3. Wipe the connectors on both the battery and in the device itself with a cotton swab.

4. Re-insert the Battery (Figure 3).

5. Replace the back cover (Figures 4 & 5).
