Why does all of my E-Mail get marked as read in Outlook Express 5? - Technical Tip - 166432

Configure the TOOLS | MESSAGE RULES in Outlook Express.

  1. Click TOOLS | MESSAGE RULES in Outlook Express.
  2. Check all rules.
  3. Delete any which contain mark all messages as read.
