Bad J740 Test Page: Details

When using the Add Printer wizard in Microsoft Windows 2000 to install the Dell J740 printer, the test page will not print correctly. Only about 25% of the test page will print. The only resolution is to reinstall the printer using the Drivers and Utilities CD included within the box with the J740 printer.
