To resolve this issue, download and install the latest BIOS release from support.dell.com.
The following BIOS versions will have the fix included:
E6320, E6420 and E6520 - A04 or later
Optiplex 990 - A04 or later
Optiplex 790 - A04 or later
Precision T1600 - A04 or later
