Solution
To configure the Outlook Express toolbar, perform the following steps:
Launch Outlook Express.
Click View from the menu bar, and click Layout.
Click to check the components you would like on your toolbar.
Click CustomizeToolbar to display the toolbar buttons with text labels, and click the Showtextlabels option in the TextOptions drop-down list.
To modify the toolbar buttons, click View, and then click CustomizeToolbar.
To add or remove buttons, click the button name in the Availabletoolbarbuttons list, and then click Add or Remove, as appropriate.
To change the order in which buttons appear, click the appropriate button in the Toolbarbuttons list, and then click MoveUp or MoveDown, as appropriate.
Select the layout options you prefer.
To change the toolbars back to the default, click the Resetbutton.
To move the toolbar to another part of the window, click the appropriate toolbar and drag it to its preferred location.
