Background



This article is applicable to users that encounter the following
  • Unable to enroll prints
  • Windows Password Sync and Single Sign On may not work due to the issue with the credentials not being recognized
  • Credentials enrolled in DCP 1.3 or before are not recognized in DCP 1.4
  • Missing Control Vault tab even though the firmware has been updated
