Operating System refresh/reinstall

If you have lost or forgotten your local account password, and a Password Reset Disk is not available, reinstalling the operating system is the only solution supported by Dell.
For information on reinstalling Windows, refer to Dell Knowledge Base Article, How To Restore or Reinstall Microsoft Windows on a Dell Computer.

This method would result in data loss; Ensure you backup data before proceeding with the instructions.
