Sales Quotes give users the ability to process an order using a quote that has been provided by the Dell Account Team. Premier provides the ability for customers to retrieve and place orders using quotes provided by the Dell Account Team. The quote that your Sales Representative provides to you is called a Dell Sales Application (DSA) Quote.

DSA Quotes are generated by the Dell Account Team and are specifically configured per the details provided by the requestor. These DSA Quotes are specific to a Dell Customer Number and are 13 characters in length and can contain a version number at the end. Example: 1234567890123.1

Retrieving a Dell Sales Quote

1. Login to your Premier Page
2. Click on "Quotes" under the Masthead or use the "Quotes" link available from the "My Tools" section (Figure 1: Two possible ways to access your Sales Quotes)

3. Clicking on "Quotes" will bring you to the Quotes page (Figure 2: Quotes page) where you will use the search box to enter in the Quote Number that was provided by Sales.

4. Click on the Quote number to open the quote.

Placing an Order using a Dell Sales Quote

DSA Quote

Once you retrieve the DSA Quote on Premier you will be presented with the eQuote Summary screen. DSA Quote Numbers are like eQuote Numbers and they behave in similar fashion. You are able to update the DSA Quote and save it as a New eQuote.

1. Click on Proceed to Checkout
2. Verify the Contact as well as Shipping information and update as needed
3. Select the form of payment being used for this purchase
4. Enter in the Details for the Payment Method selected
5. Click Continue
6. Review all the details of this purchase and then click "Order and Confirm Payment.
7. Within the Thank You screen, you will see a thank you message along with your Dell Purchase ID number confirming that the order has been submitted.
