Click Begin Checkup to download the PC Health Check application.
Run the installation wizard.
Review the End-User License Agreement, and click I agree.
Start My Scan to begin your system scan.
Dell PC Checkup
To open the Dell Support Center application, click Start, point to All Programs, click Dell Support Center, and then click PC Checkup.
Note: If you don't see Dell Support Center listed under All Programs, then the application is not installed on your computer. Go to the Dell Support Center page, and check to see if your computer model is listed under System Requirements. If it is, click Download now, and then run the installation file to install the application.
On the PC Checkup tab, click Run Default Scan to begin analyzing your system.
Dell Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA)
Restart your computer.
When the Dell logo screen appears, press F12 several times to open the One-Time Boot menu.
Note: If the One-Time Boot menu does not open, wait for the Windows login screen to appear. Then restart your computer and try again.
Use the Down Arrow key to select Diagnostics (or PSA+ or Enter ePSA), then press Enter to begin the assessment.
