How to run Dell Factory Image Restore in Windows Vista from the Dell Recovery DVD

If the Advanced Boot Options menu won’t open when you restart your computer, you can use the Dell Recovery DVD that came with your computer to run Dell Factory Image Restore.

Caution: Dell Factory Image Restore deletes all data on the hard drive and removes any programs or drivers installed after you received your computer. If possible, back up all data before using this option. Use Dell Factory Image Restore only if System Restore did not resolve your operating system problem.
