Dell SupportAssist is available with leading management consoles – OpenManage Essentials (servers, storage and networking), MS SCOM (servers), EQL SAN HQ (storage) – and without a management console for servers. It remotely monitors your enterprise environment and enables proactive support. Dell’s robust and easy-to-use support technology provides faster time to resolution with minimal involvement – reducing downtime, improving productivity and letting you get back to critical business.
This capability delivers rich features, including remote monitoring, automated log and configuration data collection and case creation, failure notifications and parts replacement. Transform to a proactive support model and shift resources from maintenance to momentum.
Eligibility: For Dell EqualLogic SAN Headquarters (SAN HQ), OpenManage Essentials (OME) and Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) consoles. For Dell PowerEdge, Dell PowerVault, EqualLogic, Force10 S4810 and Dell PowerConnect products.
Features are based on the level of your support agreement per device monitored. Customers with ProSupport service entitlement receive SupportAssist at no extra charge.
