In this radio, we will learn how to unlock PPD M local US admin account as prerequisites. You should have access to the VM virtual center U I and you will also need RO credentials for the PDM host. As you can see local admin account has been locked after four failed attempts to log on to a PPD M server to unlock this account.
We need to log on to resent user interface, select PP PD and virtual machine and select launch web console. Now log on to PPDM server using local root account and use PAM Telly to command to unlock or reset admin account. Last step is to test if we can log on to PPDM using logo admin account remotely.
