The Dell International Services Program offers the security of knowing you can receive service and support when you travel with your Dell product outside your home country. International warranty includes all warranted systems except Reverse Agency.
If you have relocated to a new country or are visiting another country for 6 months or more, please submit an international tag transfer : Click Here
If a product is not sold in the travelling region or country, you will not get the support in that country. To get support you should get back to the product purchased country.
The primary method for engaging technical support when travelling internationally is to:
- Call the International Queue at + 001 512-728-7424 (toll call). * ENGLISH Support only
• If in the US or Canada, call 800-285-1653 (toll free)
The call center that you contact will perform a problem diagnosis. If repair is needed, the phone technician will arrange for service by contacting the Dell call center in the country where the customer is located. A dispatcher will contact the customer and arrange for service. Please note that there may be replacement parts that are not available outside the country where the computer was purchased, for example language-specific keyboards
