Steps:
* Open Registry Location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Dell\DellSystemManager\System Manager
* Create new key and name it Adapter
* Create new string for Adapter and name it BatteryMessage
* Open BatteryMessage string and add value Block
