The Dell OpenManage™ Management Station Service Pack provides a convenient method to upgrade from Dell OpenManage versions 5.2 and above to 5.3.0.1. It includes applicable fixes and enhancements to these management station components:
(1) Dell OpenManage IT Assistant
(2) BMC Management Utility
(3) DRAC Tools
(4) Active Directory Snap-in


NOTE: This release also contains the Dell™ Open Manage 5.2.1 Management Station Repair Tool.
It fixes issue customers would face upgrading from IT Assistant version 8.0.2 to IT Assistant 8.1 using Dell™ Open Manage 5.3.0. The repair tool should be applied on systems where upgrade from IT Assistant version 8.0.2 to IT Assistant 8.1 using Dell OpenManage 5.3 was attempted. The tool is not required for customers who have used Dell™ Open Manage 5.3.0.1 for upgrade.

The repair tool fixes an issue specifically with Dell OpenManage IT Assistant 8.0.2 where a critical error will occur during upgrade of version 8.0.2 to version 8.1 causing corruption of the IT Assistant installation. Running this repair tool on IT Assistant 8.0.2 beforehand will allow a version 8.1 upgrade to complete properly.

NOTE: This tool is required only for customers who have upgraded from IT Assistant 8.0.2 to IT Assistant 8.1 using Open Manage 5.3.0

Extract Files
