Fixes & Enhancements

Enhancements:
- Adds RHEL5 and Fedora Core 6 driver disk creation.
- Adds RHEL5 and SLES10 weak-module invocation on module install and uninstall. This reduces the need for the dkms_autoinstaller service to rebuild modules if the Kernel ABI used by a given module has not changed.
- Adds ability to generate .iso, .tar, and floppy .img driver disks. This allows driver disk images to be larger than the size of a single floppy disk.

Fixes:
- patch from http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=27985 assigns new
modprobe.conf alias ordinals starting at zero.
- set CLEAN properly even if MAKE[] isn't set in dkms.conf
- fix install.sh buglet installing the manpage
