Fixes & Enhancements

Fix to the installer (setup.exe) to fix an issue where updating from the 2.6 and 8.3 family driver versions would cause a loss of static IP addresses and other instance specific settings. This is only an update to the installer of this release, the driver and application versions are exactly the same. The DUP release is also changed to fix an issue where the DUP would not update from a PnP or driver only install.
