The Broadcom NetXtreme II devices support TOE (TCP/IP Offload Engine) and iSCSI offload when installed under Windows Server 2003, with Service Pack 1 or newer and the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Scalable Networking Pack (SNP) Microsoft's SNP is available from the Microsoft web site. Both Windows 2003 SP2 and Windows 2008 contain Microsofts SNP by default.
