And one utility:
1) Dell Base folder utility (Dell.Connections.HardwareLibrary.mp) for the basic folder structure and Root node.
The Printer Management Pack version 4.0 also contains a Reference Guide.
1) Dell Printer Traps Reference Guide (PrinterTrapIndex.htm), which provides more details on the Printer Traps to troubleshoot.

Custom Instructions for Dell_Printer_Management_Pack_v4.0_A00.exe:
1. Download the file to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable.
2. Go to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the executable to unzip the files. The default extraction folder is "C:\Dell Management Packs\Printer Management Pack\4.0". You may select a different location for file extraction by editing the path.
