Important Information
NOTE: To enable Websense filtering, you must have a fully licensed, installed, and configured
copy of the Websense server software. You can purchase Websense server software from
Websense, Inc.
NOTICE: You must install the Websense server software on a system other than the caching
system. If you do not install the Websense software on a server that is separate from your
caching system, Dell is not responsible for the behavior of the Websense server software, or for
the impact of the Websense software on the functioning of the Traffic Server Engine software.

Enables the Websense Content Filtering on PowerApp.cache - Inktomi Powered v1.1 systems.
Installation Instructions
To install the Websense Enterprise content filtering plug-in, perform the following steps:
1 Access the root shell of the PowerApp.cache system using one of the methods
described in the Deployment Guide that came with your system.
2 Insert the Webs ense Pl ug-In diskette into the diskette drive.
3 At the shell prompt, type the following commands and press after typing
each command:
mount /dev/fd0
/mnt/floppy/install
The system displays a description of the program and you are asked if you want to
install the Websense Enterprise content filtering plug-in.
4 Type Yes (the default answer) and press to automatically begin the
installation.
When the installation completes, a message displays indicating that the Websense
Enterprise content filtering plug-in installation is complete.
