Fixes & Enhancements
1.Fixed the issue that cursor does not move after tapping by 2-finger several times on AG+ device.
2.Change the following default seiing values.
- Enabled the 2-finger scroll.
- Enabled the 2-finger inertial scroll.
3.Fixed the issue that the Black Out function does not work correctly by 3-finger press(Quick Launch).
4. Romoved the Scroll & Zoom tab from GUI.
5.fix issue BITS028029 Touchpad can't use after press Fn+F1 to switch display.(FR:5%)
