*** Known issue: A04 is not compatible with some CD-ROM drives (part numbers 0G0405 and 00R115). Dell recommends that users with these drive modules continue to use version A01 ***

1. Fixed intermittent system lockup when a hard disk drive was in a D/Bay
attached to an Inspiron 9100 or Inspiron XPS.

1. Fix ATA protocol error during initial device detection. Because of this
error, some DVD ROM drives intermittently fail to be detected in a D/Bay
attached to an Inspiron 300m.

Download
1. Click Download Now, to download the file.
2. At the Export Compliance Disclaimer window, click Yes, I Accept
this Agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click Save this program to
disk (Windows XP users, click Save) and click OK. The Save In: window
appears.
4. From the Save In: field, click the down arrow then click to
select Desktop and click Save. The file will download to your desktop.
5. If the Download Complete window appears, click Close. The file
name icon appears on your desktop.
Install
1. Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled FX2_A04.TXT.
