After downloading the "PHLGUIDE.exe" to a temporary directoy on your hard drive, run it by double clicking on it from the windows explorer. The file is a self-extracting archive that will copy the PCTEL Modem html user guide to your system. After the files are install your internet browser will start and open the start page. Select the language from the start page that you wish to read the user guide in.
