This firmware improves the Sony DW-D56A Slim 8X DVD+/-RW drive's media readability capabilities.
The firmware also allows the drive to write to the latest dual layer DVD+R media.
Installation Instructions
Custom Instructions for R104295.EXE:
1) Down load flash utility to system hard disk drive.
2) Double click on flash utility.
3) Click on 'Update' to begin flash process.
4) Wait until flash process is complete.
5) Click on 'OK'.
6) Reboot system.
