Fixes & Enhancements
Fixes:
Universal CoInstaller
1.When modem is reinstalled ,'Found New HW Wizard' window prompts on dual byte language supported OS
2.CoInstaller will now reset the device when a driver upgrade is completed to ensure that new driver installation is successful.
3.If there are multiple INFs with the same PNP ID in the package. The CoInstaller chooses the most appropriate INF to install based on it being signed and having the highest version.
4.When the driver is upgraded and the INF name differs to the existing one installed, there will be two folders on the system. This was fixed by removing the old one and keeping the current one only.
5.Feature to install certain parts of an INI based on its PNP ID
6.Windows permits to have more than one AddReg or CopyFile entry in a section. It was assumed only one such entry is in a section is permitted. This was fixed by removing this limitation.
Universal Installer/Uninstaller
1.Sometimes GUI reports success on a failed installation
Digital Call Progress
1.No call progress when system resumes from Hibernation state
2.Intermittent system lock during uninstallation of modem drivers on Windows 2000
3.Fixed possible driver verifier crash (reason IRP_URB_DOUBLE_SUBMIT)
