Fixes & Enhancements
Reason for change:
In some instances, PROSet II fails to start immediately after booting a
Windows XP system because the NMS service is not yet started. The error
message instructs the user to re-install the software, which may not be
necessary.
Changes made:
Updated NMS to initialize data structures before starting the NMS service
startup thread. This makes the data available to PROSet II without waiting
for the thread to complete. In addition, The "Proset failed to
initialize" message has been updated to instruct the user to try running
PROSet again, before re-installing the software.
