Description
OpenManage IT Assistant 6.2 Security Certificate Patch A00
This patch replaces IT Assistant 6.2 files that have an expired
security certificate with files that have a newly signed certificate.

Dell recommends the customer review specifics about the update to determine if it applies to your system. The update contains changes that impact only certain configurations, or provides new features that may/may not apply to your environment.
Important Information
* This patch applies only to OpenManage IT Assistant version 6.2; it does
not run on systems with other versions of OpenManage IT Assistant.
* The system to which you apply this patch must already have the
OpenManage IT Assistant 6.2 user interface installed.
* You cannot apply this patch to a system that has only the OpenManage IT
Assistant 6.2 services installed.

Installation Instructions
Install Instructions:
1. Download ITA62PCH.EXE to a directory on your hard drive. The file
downloaded is a self-extracting executable.
2. Go to the location the file was downloaded to and run the executable
file by double-clicking on the icon.
3. By default this will extract the file to "c:\ITA62_SecurityCertPatch"
for the build.
4. Browse to the location of unzipped file and run ITA62PCH.exe to install
the IT Assistant v6.2 security certificate patch.
5. Select "Yes" to run the patch and at the end select "OK" to the end
message displayed.
6. To view the readme file, download ITA62PCR.exe to a directory on your
hard drive and run it to extract the file
to "c:\ITA62_SecurityCertPatch_Readme"
7. Go to the location the file was downloaded to and double-click on the
readme.txt file to view the contents.
