Dell OpenManage Server Administrator, v.1.3.0.C, A00
Dell OpenManage Server Administrator is a secure Web tool for managing
individual Dell(TM)PowerEdge(TM) servers. Using this tool, an
administrator with an Internet/intranet connection can manage the server
from any location using either a graphical user interface (GUI) that runs
in a Web browser or a command line interface (CLI) that is accessed
through the command prompt.

Description
Dell OpenManage Server Administrator is a secure Web tool for managing
individual Dell(TM)PowerEdge(TM) servers. Using this tool, an
administrator with an Internet/intranet connection can manage the server
from any location using either a graphical user interface (GUI) that runs
in a Web browser or a command line interface (CLI) that is accessed
through the command prompt.

Dell recommends the customer review specifics about the update to determine if it applies to your system. The update contains changes that impact only certain configurations, or provides new features that may/may not apply to your environment.
Important Information
*Before you install Server Administrator, you must uninstall any previous
installations of Resolution Assistant.
*For PowerEdge 8450 systems, allow the system to run for approximately 30
minutes before upgrading from a previous Dell OpenManage product release
to this current release.

Server Administrator version 1.3.0.C fixes the following problems:
* Javascript errors that occur when running the Diagnostic Service in
a French browser under certain machine configurations
* Memory page errors when running in a Spanish browser
* Installation problems that involve SNMP
Installation Instructions
Custom Instructions for om33_win_managed_system.exe:
1. Download the file to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable.
2. Go to the location where you downloaded the file
and run the "exe" to unzip the files.
3. By default, this will unzip to the "c:" drive in a folder
named "dell\OpenManage\web_managed_system" for the build.
4. Click on browse to change the location of the unzipped files.
5. Once complete, run the setup.exe under the created folder
("dell\OpenManage\web_managed_system" or the directory you
specified in Step 4) to install Managed Node products.
6. Select "Yes" to restart system after installation is complete.
Custom Instructions for RAID Controller_Compatibility Info.exe:
1. Download the file to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable.
2. Go to the location where you downloaded the file
and run the "exe" to unzip the files.
3. By default, this will unzip to the "c:" drive in a folder
named "dell\OpenManage".
4. Click on browse to change the location of the unzipped files.
5. Once complete, click on the file "percmtrx.htm" under the created
folder
("dell\OpenManage" or the directory you
specified in Step 4) to view RAID controller compatibility information.
