Installation Instructions
Custom Instructions for R77352.EXE:
Download
1. Click Download Now, to download the file.
2. If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click Yes, I
Accept this Agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click Save (Windows XP
users will click Save) this program to disk and click OK. The Save In:
window appears.
4. From the Save In: field, click the down arrow then click to
select Desktop and click Save. The file will download to your desktop.
5. If the Download Complete window appears, click Close. The file
icon appears on your desktop.
Install
1. Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled R77352.EXE.
2. The Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or
unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R77352. Write down this path so the executable (I.e.
Setup.exe) file can be found later.
3. The Self-Extractor window appears.
4. Click OK.
5. After completing the file extraction, if the Self-Extractor
window is still open, close it.
6. Click the Start button and then click Run.
7. Type C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R77352 in the Open textbox and then click OK.
8. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

Custom Instructions for VisualSAN_4.0.0_Pre_Install.exe:
This utility must be run before starting the EMC VisualSAN Setup program
that performs the application upgrade. This step ensures that the
existing EMC VisualSAN database can be properly modified during the
upgrade.
After obtaining the utility from the website, verify that your
EMC VisualSAN V3.x system meets the following requirements:
1. EMC VisualSAN 3.x with Dell Device Managers installed and running.
2. All EMC VisualSAN user interface windows are closed.
You can then run the EMC VisualSAN 4.0 Pre-Install Utility, followed by
the EMC VisualSAN 4.0 Setup.
This utility is an InstallShield packaged executable that presents only
one prompt for user action: the user must confirm whether or not to
run the utility. There are no other steps and no additional entries
required.
