1. Add new oem command for FCB Version info to BMC.
Please refer new oem command in BMC spec.
2. Add check PSU MFR_MODEL. If not same enable the PSU Mismatch bit, info BMC to flash amber LED.
Enhance

1. Change the PSU POUT formula from DIV 9.6 to DIV 12.
2. Change the PSU POUT read from PSUOUT command to read from PSUPIN.

1. Update FCB FW through KCS:
FCBFLASH.EXE is a DOS version utility for flashing FCB firmware image. The following is utility usage.
a. Flash FCB Firmware
Usage:
FCBFLASH.EXE [-o ] [-t] [FCB FW BINARY filename]
-o : Update FCB runtime binary file
-t : Update FAN table binary file
ex1:use FCB.BAT to update FCB runtime binary file
FCB.BAT
ex2: update FCB runtime binary file v1.12
FCBFLASH -o FCBV0112.BIN
ex3: update FAN fantable binary file
FCBFLASH -t FANV0109.BIN
ex4: Get HELP for FCBFlash.exe
FCBFLASH + [enter]
