Fixes & Enhancements
Fixed issue:
1. HDD status abnormal after BMC cold reset.
2. BMC will log HDD status abnormal events under stress.
Change list:
1.Change power consumption reading from PSU POUT to PSU PIN. Revalidate power capping functionality.
2.Add calibrator for sled power reading from ADM1275.
3.Fix precision lost issue when converting Current reading from ADM1275 to power consumption.
4.Enhance error detection of PSU Fault Byte or PSU AC Loss Byte.
5.Correct Thermal Throttling support bit to Does not allow.
6.Fix function error of manual fan speed control.

KCSFLASH.EXE is a DOS version utility for flashing FCB firmware and Fan table images.
1. FW:
Kcsflash fcb -p 0xca8 -q
ex: Kcsflash fcb -p 0xca8 -q 0xcac X60111.bin
2. FAN Table:
Kcsflash fcb -p 0xca8 -q
ex: Kcsflash fcb -p 0xca8 -q 0xcac VILI0100.bin
