Fixes & Enhancements

v2170 addresses issues that can manifest themselves in the form of failed backups due to drive errors, as well as continual cleaning requests, and high error rates. The firmware also addresses a small number of corner cases, and should be applied to avoid encountering any of these issues.

Download 

1. Click the Download Now link to download the file. 
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive. 

Extract Files 
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file to unzip the download package 
2. Click Continue. 
3. Specify the location to unzip the files. 
4. Click on the OK button to extract files.
   After the files are extracted the message all files were successfully unzipped will appear. 
5. Click the OK button to exit from the installer.

1.      Copy the file R200813.tar.gz file to the Linux system.
2.      Open a console session and go to the directory where the file was saved and type the command: tar zjvf R200813.tar.gz
