vCenter Plug-in Release 2.4.1 adds support for asymmetric logical unit access (ALUA) and adaptive disk pooling on the MD-series dense storage array.

Installation Instructions

            
Download the MD vCenter Plug-in from the Drivers and Download page at www.support.dell.com:

        1. Go to support.dell.com and select the Drivers and Download link.
        2. Find your MD storage array model. 
        3. From the list of available downloads, choose vCenter Version 2.4.1 Plug-In from the Applications category.
        4. Download the executable file to your system.

Installing the MD vCenter Plug-in:

If you are upgrading from a previous version of the MD vCenter Plug-in, you do not need to uninstall the existing version.  Following the steps below will replace the previous version with the new version.

        1. Launch the vCenter Plug-in installation wizard contained in the downloaded package. 
        2. Review and accept the license agreement, then follow the installation prompts.
