PowerVault MD Series Storage Software

On the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 operating system, DVDs are auto-mounted with the -noexec mount option. This option does not allow you to run any executable from the DVD. To fix this problem, you need to unmount the DVD, manually re-mount the DVD-ROM, and then run executables. The command to unmount the DVD-ROM is # umount The command to manually mount DVD is # mount
