Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes/Enhancements: The Hitachi SAS release for 15K 3.5" SAS hard drive firmware to fix Linux install hang in a RAID-0 config. During a Linux install small block sequential writes occur which brings out this bug and result in a hang during install when attached to SAS-5/iR running in RAID 0. The firmware will rev from A48B to A5F0.
